By engaging V Viswanathan Associates ("the Valuer," "we," "us," or "our") for professional valuation services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you are entering into a professional engagement with an IBBI Registered Valuer and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable IBBI regulations.
